Official Rules & Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor and Administrator
The Hayabusa UFC BJJ Las Vegas Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered solely by Hayabusa Fightwear Inc. and/or its applicable affiliated entity (“Hayabusa” or the “Sponsor”).
IMPORTANT: UFC BJJ, Ultimate Fighting Championship, ZUFFA LLC, TKO Group Holdings, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, venues, and related entities (collectively, the “ZUFFA LLC Parties”) are not sponsors, administrators, promoters, or operators of this Sweepstakes and have no responsibility or liability for the administration, operation, fulfillment, or conduct of the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is run entirely by Hayabusa, and Hayabusa assumes sole responsibility for the administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, subject to these Official Rules.
Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Hayabusa and not to any ZUFFA LLC Party.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on September 24, 2026 at 3PM EST and ends on November 4, 2026 at 3PM EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
Sponsor's computer systems shall be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States of America who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date of entry, who are enrolled in the Hayabusa Loyalty program (or who enroll in Hayabusa Loyalty in connection with submitting an entry), and who otherwise satisfy these Official Rules.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Hayabusa, the ZUFFA LLC Parties, Okendo, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
By entering, each entrant confirms that they meet all eligibility requirements and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter by: (a) being an existing member of the Hayabusa Loyalty program, or enrolling in Hayabusa Loyalty; (b) completing the official Sweepstakes entry form available on the Sweepstakes promotional page; and (c) confirming that they have read and agree to these Official Rules.
Limit one (1) entry per person. A purchase is not required to enter or win, and making a purchase will not increase an entrant's odds of winning. Enrollment in Hayabusa Loyalty is free.
Automated, fraudulent, manipulated, duplicate, or otherwise unauthorized entries are prohibited and may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.
5. Prize
Two (2) winners will each receive a trip package to Las Vegas, Nevada in connection with a UFC BJJ event. Each winner's prize package is expected to include:
- Two (2) tickets to the designated UFC BJJ event in Las Vegas;
- Round-trip economy airfare to and from Las Vegas for the winner and one (1) guest, subject to the travel terms established by Sponsor;
- Hotel accommodations in Las Vegas for three (3) days / 3 nights, based on double occupancy; and
- A tour of the UFC Performance Institute, subject to availability, scheduling, security requirements, facility rules, and any other restrictions applicable at the time of the visit.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize package is $5,000, and the approximate total retail value of all prizes is $10,000.
No cash alternative or substitution will be provided except at Sponsor's discretion or where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or component of a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or component becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor's reasonable control.
6. Travel Conditions
Travel must occur on dates designated or approved by Sponsor and in connection with the applicable UFC BJJ event. Winners and their guests must be available to travel during the designated travel period.
Each winner and guest is responsible for obtaining and possessing all identification, passports, visas, travel authorizations, and other documentation required for travel.
Unless expressly included in the prize description, ground transportation, baggage fees, meals, gratuities, incidental hotel charges, insurance, personal expenses, and other costs associated with accepting or using the prize are the responsibility of the winner and/or guest.
Sponsor is not responsible for delayed, cancelled, missed, or rescheduled flights, events, tours, transportation, or other travel arrangements caused by airlines, weather, governmental action, venue decisions, event organizers, force majeure events, or circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.
If a winner cannot travel on the required dates, cannot obtain the required travel documentation, or otherwise cannot accept the prize as awarded, the winner may forfeit the prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
7. ZUFFA LLC BJJ Event and Performance Institute
Admission to the UFC BJJ event and any visit to the UFC Performance Institute are subject to all applicable ticket terms, venue policies, security procedures, health and safety requirements, codes of conduct, and other rules imposed by the applicable venue or ZUFFA LLC Parties.
Event dates, times, participants, fight cards, venue details, and other aspects of the event are subject to change without notice.
Sponsor does not guarantee the appearance or participation of any particular athlete, fighter, coach, personality, or other individual.
If the UFC BJJ event, UFC Performance Institute tour, or another prize component is cancelled, postponed, modified, or unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor's obligations will be determined in accordance with applicable law and these Official Rules.
8. Winner Selection
Two (2) potential winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The drawing is expected to occur on or about November 11, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be contacted using the contact information associated with their Hayabusa Loyalty account or Sweepstakes entry. Potential winners must respond within 48 HOURS of the initial notification or within another period specified by Sponsor. Before being declared an official winner, a potential winner may be required to:
- Verify eligibility;
- Provide valid identification;
- Sign and return an eligibility declaration, liability release, and/or publicity release where legally permitted;
- Provide information reasonably required to arrange travel;
- Complete applicable tax documentation; and
- Satisfy any other lawful verification requirements imposed by Sponsor.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, fails to satisfy the verification requirements, incorrectly answers a required skill-testing question, or otherwise violates these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
10. Guest Requirements
Each winner may select one (1) guest to accompany them. The guest must satisfy all travel and admission requirements and may be required to sign a liability and publicity release where permitted by law.
If the guest is under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, the winner must be the guest's parent or legal guardian unless Sponsor expressly approves otherwise and applicable law permits.
The winner and guest must generally travel together on the same itinerary unless otherwise approved by Sponsor.
11. Taxes and Expenses
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, provincial, state, local, or other taxes arising from acceptance or use of a prize, except where Sponsor is legally required to pay or withhold such amounts. Winners are also responsible for all expenses not expressly identified as part of the prize. Sponsor may issue applicable tax documentation where required by law.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Hayabusa, Okendo, the ZUFFA LLC Parties, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, travel associated with, use, misuse, or enjoyment of a prize, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
For the avoidance of doubt, UFC BJJ and the ZUFFA LLC Parties have no responsibility for the administration, management, operation, winner selection, prize procurement, prize fulfillment, or other conduct of this Sweepstakes. Hayabusa is solely responsible for operating and administering the Sweepstakes and for fulfilling the prizes described in these Official Rules.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection or other laws.
13. No ZUFFA LLC Sponsorship or Administration of Sweepstakes
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS SPONSORED, ADMINISTERED, AND OPERATED SOLELY BY HAYABUSA. UFC BJJ, ZUFFA LLC, ULTIMATE FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIP, AND THE ZUFFA LLC PARTIES ARE NOT SPONSORS OR ADMINISTRATORS OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS OPERATION, ADMINISTRATION, WINNER SELECTION, OR PRIZE FULFILLMENT.
The inclusion of UFC BJJ event tickets, access to a UFC Performance Institute facility, ZUFFA LLC-related names, trademarks, imagery, or references in promotional materials does not make any ZUFFA LLC Party a sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes. All responsibility for the Sweepstakes rests with Hayabusa, subject to applicable law.
14. Okendo Disclaimer
Okendo provides technology and/or loyalty-program functionality used in connection with the Sweepstakes but is not the sponsor of the Sweepstakes and is not responsible for winner selection or prize fulfillment unless expressly stated otherwise. Entrants may also be subject to Okendo's applicable platform terms and privacy policies when using its services.
15. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use a winner's name, city/province/state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and prize information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes relating to the Sweepstakes without additional compensation, subject to applicable law. Any additional content production or commercial use requiring separate consent under applicable law will be subject to the appropriate permissions.
16. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be collected, used, stored, and disclosed in accordance with Hayabusa's applicable privacy policy and applicable privacy laws. Information may be used for purposes including administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, contacting potential winners, arranging travel, fulfilling prizes, preventing fraud, and satisfying legal or regulatory requirements.
Participation in the Sweepstakes does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications except where such consent is separately and validly obtained in accordance with applicable law.
17. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, human error, force majeure, or another circumstance materially affects the integrity, security, fairness, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who Sponsor reasonably determines has attempted to tamper with the entry process, manipulate the loyalty program, use automated entry methods, engage in fraud, violate these Official Rules, or interfere with the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
In the event of a discrepancy between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules will govern to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Disputes and Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory laws in an entrant's jurisdiction of residence apply. Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law and any dispute-resolution provisions specified by Sponsor. Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to deprive an entrant of any mandatory rights available under the laws of their jurisdiction.
19. Winners List
Where required by law, the names of confirmed winners may be made available after the Sweepstakes has concluded by contacting:
