Swift service. Bag has great feel re texture, I frequently use it without mitts. I core filled it with sand ( in cylindrical bags well wrapped) and then packed around with rags, weight about 100 kg. I’m used to a very hard bag so for me this has a blend of firmness and kindness to an older body when punching, kicking etc thoroughly recommended

I have the older version of this bag. It was in Muay Thai gym for many years and I took it home and I've had it for 5 more. At least 10 years (and I'm not exaggerating) of taking a beating and it's still going strong. Mine is about 150-160lbs currently

I wasn’t aware that the bag would be empty, explains the low price, but the bag is very high quality, can probably hold 150+ lbs.
