These shorts are well made for grappling, kicking, and weight lifting. They are cut high up the thigh which allows you to squat, kick, and have a great range of motion. I haven't found any other shorts that meet that criteria. They are quality and last forever. This is my second pair. The first pair is still going strong but I needed at least one more to keep up with our schedules.
