STEPS FOR EXCHANGING OR RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE:
Step 2 Pack the return item(s) securely in the original packaging and address it to be returned back to Hayabusa, the address will be on the original shipping carton.
Step 3 Drop off your package with the carrier of your choice to ship back to us.
NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Return shipping fees are at your expense however items returned for exchange will be shipped back their replacement product at our expense.

By using our self-service return center, you can create a shipping label and set up your exchange quickly and easily.
Exchanges and returns are simple and have a flat rate of only $7.00 when you use the shipping generated by the self-serve returns center.
In addition, every product purchased comes with the “Hayabusa Warranty.” This guarantees your product is free from a manufacturer defect or it will be repaired or replaced within 45 days from the date of purchase. Any related shipping cost will be our responsibility as well.
Please note, all return and exchange items must be unwashed and with the hang-tag attached. Any returns which do not meet these conditions will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Please contact us at email@example.com for all warranty/return/exchange inquires, due to the unique restrictions, costs and logistics involved with each country, these are processed on a case by case basis. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable. All international returns and exchanges are at Hayabusa's discretion. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service for international returns. Please retain proof of postage as Hayabusa cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive. Hayabusa does not cover the cost for returning items outside of the United States and Canada.
