The Breakdown:
Using three different strategies, Master Carlos Machado explains how you can transition from side control to a mount position. These strategies are called: The Step-Over Mount, The Tiptoe Mount, and The 180° Mount. Although your opponents may try to escape or block these techniques, Master Machado’s strategies teach you how to manage and guide their struggle to overcome and gain the mount.
